A few words from Tami Kamin Meyer

About Tami

  • Better Homes and Gardens
  • Forbes
  • MarketWatch
  • Cannabis & Tech Today

  • Healthcare Services Investment News

I am in my second stint as a Member of the Columbus Bar Association’s Board of Editors and served as Marketing Chair of the American Society of Journalists and Authors from 2018-2021.

In 2007, I authored a study guide about filing personal bankruptcy, published by a division of Barnes and Noble. I also edited a book about the American healthcare system published in 2008 by Rowman and Littlefield.

I am inquisitive and ask a lot of questions. Common sense ones aimed at gleaning pertinent information. Honesty, integrity and loyalty are three of my strongest personality characteristics and I bring that attitude to every experience.

While Tami Kamin Meyer just celebrated 30 years of practicing law, she has been freelance writing and editing longer than that. She writes primarily about law, business, cannabis, health, and travel for Forbes, MarketWatch, Better Homes and Gardens, Next Avenue, Your Teen, National Trial Lawyer, and Ohio Magazine, to name a few. She is an active member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors, where she is Chair of the Marketing/Communications Committee. As Editor of Write Now Columbus, Kamin Meyer oversees a monthly e-newsletter about the burgeoning literary scene in central Ohio. In 2020, she was named to the Board of Editors of the Columbus Bar Association. She tweets as @girlwithapen.
